The Séquoia Duo brings together chalets 138 and 140, side by side. Two independent living spaces that become one whenever you want them to. Perfect for two families, multiple generations, or a large group of friends — everyone has their own space, their own pace, their own privacy. And when the moment comes to gather, the terraces meet, the tables extend, and the Ardennes does the rest.

The Séquoia Duo combines two independent chalets on the same grounds. Each group has its own entrance, kitchen, living room, and terrace. But the two terraces connect naturally — for aperitifs, shared meals, evenings that stretch on. The ideal setup for blended families, friend weekends, or multi-generational stays.
Two kitchens for the big meals
Cooking together for ten is already a celebration. Split the tasks, double the pleasure.
Chalet 138 with its blender and extendable table on the terrace for outdoor breakfasts. Chalet 140 with its sage green kitchen, raclette & stone grill, and large dining table for proper group meals. Each kitchen is fully equipped — all you need to do is choose the menu.
Four bedrooms so everyone sleeps well
Big gatherings are wonderful. But a good night's sleep in your own space? Priceless.
Four bedrooms in total — two in each chalet. In chalet 138: a 160 cm double bed and a room with 90 and 140 cm beds. In chalet 140: a large 180 cm bed with mattress topper, two 90 cm beds, and an intimate sleeping nook with curtains in the night hallway. Travel cot available on request in each chalet.
Your dogs are right at home
Two families, two dogs each. Everyone comes, no one gets left behind.
The Duo welcomes up to 4 dogs (2 per chalet). Bowls, treats, blankets, leads, toys, and hygiene bags in each chalet. Sofa covers provided. The two enclosed terraces offer a safe outdoor space for all. And the Ourthe river is just a short walk away for long group hikes.
The terraces — the heart of the Duo
In the evening, when the doors open and the terraces become one, that's when the stay truly comes alive.
Each chalet has its own enclosed, south-facing terrace. Placed side by side, they create one large shared space for aperitifs for ten, children playing safely, and dogs trotting between chalets. Extendable tables and a games chest: ping-pong, badminton, pétanque, Mölkky, football, basketball.
